Clean the outside fabric with a slightly wet cloth. Do not bleach. Do not soak in water. Hang in a shady place. In case of a deep stain, clean the fabric with a cloth or soft brush using water and neutral soap.

You can also use a universal protective spray for extra care and protection.

  • What isn’t covered by the warranty?

The warranty policy does not cover damage caused by misuse (such as carrying heavy or unusual items), neglect, exposure to extreme temperatures or substances, water, and wear and tear.

Good but needs improvement

"This is a great bum bag. Would be even better if both front zips were two-way zippers. That way you could zip both compartments to the top, regardless which way the bag is facing when worn crossbody, and not risk losing small items when the zips are slightly open."
