Clean the outside fabric with a slightly wet cloth. Do not bleach. Do not soak in water. Hang in a shady place. In case of a deep stain, clean the fabric with a cloth or soft brush using water and neutral soap.

You can also use a universal protective spray for extra care and protection.

  • What isn’t covered by the warranty?

The warranty policy does not cover damage caused by misuse (such as carrying heavy or unusual items), neglect, exposure to extreme temperatures or substances, water, and wear and tear.

Good space but not practical

"Don't get me wrong, the backpack provides plenty of space for all you need in a work day, as well as nicely seperated spaces for small bits, laptop space, and any other bits, but if you wanted to use this say for a short walk anywhere, not worth it. Puts a lot of strain on your upper back and shoulders, not a one off issue either, worn multiple times walking from the office to the station, station to bus stop, bus stop to home, and I really feel the back pain and stiffness the next day each time - even with medium loads, and I am only 20 can't image the pain if you were older. Considering it is for your back, it is not designed well at all for it, so I personally would not recommend."

"Een goede tas, orginele kleur. Ik vind het watervak aan de zijkant optimaal. Verder had ik graag nog een extra scheidingscompartement in het middenvak gehad. Echter dat kleine zakje aan de achterkant is een veilige manier om de gsm in te bewaren, hou ervan!"

"Great bag for the office, very roomy, I can fit my laptop, make up bag, lunch bag, a jacket and there's still some space left. And it doesn't look too bulky on my back (and I'm a petite woman). The two side pockets mean I can also take a bottle AND an umbrella! Brilliant!"

Sehr praktisch und funktional für ältere Schulkinder

"Der Rucksack eignet sich gut für die Schule, wenn richtige Schulranzen out werden. Hinten im Laptop-Fach kann man gut die Hefte und Mappen (ggf. in einer Heftmappe) verstauen. Im Hauptfach dann die Bücher und Stiftmäppchen. Super ist, dass es eine extra Vordertasche gibt, in der die manchmal krümelige Brotdose verstaut werden kann. Und natürlich die Außen-Fächer für die Trinkflasche oder einen Schirm. Ist auch besser, wenn diese separiert von Büchern und Heften ist (also nicht im Hauptfach) untergebracht werden können. Mama freut sich, Sohn und Tochter auch! Das einzige, was man verbessern könnte/sollte: Ein verstärkter Boden des Rucksacks, damit die Bücher besser geschützt sind und der Rucksack unten nicht so leicht kaputtgeht im Schulalltag."

"Zaino essenziale, senza fronzoli, molto comodo e che bilancia bene il peso del laptop e di tutto quello che serve per la routine quotidiana d'ufficio. Il prezzo è in linea con le aspettative, ossia quelle di un prodotto destinato a durare nel tempo e resistente. Forse uno scomparto/tasca interna in più avrebbe fatto comodo, per una mera questione d'organizzazione degli spazi; ma in generale va bene così. Colore consigliato per variare rispetto al tradizionale nero."
