Clean the outside fabric with a slightly wet cloth. Do not bleach. Do not soak in water. Hang in a shady place. In case of a deep stain, clean the fabric with a cloth or soft brush using water and neutral soap.

You can also use a universal protective spray for extra care and protection.

Only manufacturing defects are covered by the 30-year warranty. This includes open seams or fabric that has been cut too short.

  • What isn’t covered by the warranty?

The warranty policy does not cover damage caused by misuse (such as carrying heavy or unusual items), neglect, exposure to extreme temperatures or substances, water, and wear and tear.

"Cela fait 5 ans que j'ai ce sac et il est génial, mais au bout d'un certains temps l'usure le rattrape et les fils à l'intérieur s'effiloche jusqu'à bloquer la fermeture éclair. Il résiste à l'eau mais n'empêche pas vos cahiers de s'en sortir indemne. Globalement il tiens bien, mais les 30 ans de garantis promise ne sont pas trop d'actualité"
