  • What isn’t covered by the warranty?

The warranty policy does not cover damage caused by misuse (such as carrying heavy or unusual items), neglect, exposure to extreme temperatures or substances, water, and wear and tear.

"I have this bag and it could be better. While the fabric feels really sturdy, the large zipper broke only after 3 years. I lost the receipt so I didn't bother to see if it could be repaired. I also didn't like that you have to open the case fully in order to access the top compartment. More often than not, I had to lay it on the floor which takes a lot of space or awkwardly reach in while it was in a L shape and having things fall out. Eastpak you need to ditch that useless zipper top compartment that fits nothing and design the bag with access on the top."
