Product Care

Clean the outside fabric with a slightly wet cloth. Do not bleach. Do not soak in water. Hang in a shady place. In case of a deep stain, clean the fabric with a cloth or soft brush using water and neutral soap.

You can also use a universal protective spray for extra care and protection.

Only manufacturing and/or component defects are covered during the legal warranty term. This includes faulty zippers and buckles, fabric discoloration and coating peeling off.

  • Covered under the 30-year warranty:

Only manufacturing defects are covered by the 30-year warranty. This includes open seams or fabric that has been cut too short.

  • What isn’t covered by the warranty?

The warranty policy does not cover damage caused by misuse (such as carrying heavy or unusual items), neglect, exposure to extreme temperatures or substances, water, and wear and tear.

Useful

"Really like this. Solid material, bought the black version with no writing on the side. The tag label said it has a water bottle holder but it doesn't and some do. Maybe some consistency across the range? It accommodates my 16"" laptop and its case in the main compartment plus various paraphernalia needed for work. I won't ever use the side access to the laptop section. My only quibble is the bottom snap fastener is placed too close to the front zip pocket - minor thing. Otherwise, comfortable, practical and well made. Useful for short weekend stays."

Trés bon sac

"Je viens de le rececoir et c'est un trés bon sac. Le sac est bien déperlant et tell qu'il est fait il ne prendra pas l'eau. J'apprecie la rabat au lieu de la fermeture (avec le temps, 9 ans qd même sur mon précédent sac Eastpack les fermetures finissent pas fatiguer). Le rabat est simple et rapide à fermer. La PC et mes affaires passent niquel dedans. Les différentes poches sont pratiques et bien faîtes. Juste 2 petits reproches: - pour moi il manque une poche supplémentaire vois peut être deux petites poches latérales comme sur mon précédent sac pour mettre qq bricoles (chargeur, cables. . . ) - La fermeture éclair arrière permet d'ouvrir le sac directement sans ouvrir le rabat. J'aime pas car cela permet à qq'un d'ouvrir le sac d'un coup et de se servir. Je pense que cette poche n'était pas utile ou il faudrait pouvoir la bloquer."
