Product Care
Clean the outside fabric with a slightly wet cloth. Do not bleach. Do not soak in water. Hang in a shady place. In case of a deep stain, clean the fabric with a cloth or soft brush using water and neutral soap.
You can also use a universal protective spray for extra care and protection.
Only manufacturing and/or component defects are covered during the legal warranty term. This includes faulty zippers and buckles, fabric discoloration and coating peeling off.
Only manufacturing defects are covered by the 30-year warranty. This includes open seams or fabric that has been cut too short.
The warranty policy does not cover damage caused by misuse (such as carrying heavy or unusual items), neglect, exposure to extreme temperatures or substances, water, and wear and tear.

"Je n'aime pas les annonces qui porte le consommateur en confusion. Ce sac n'a pas de housse pour ordinateur. Il a 2 compartiments distincts avec le dos molletonné ce qui n'a rien à voir avec une housse ou un emplacement spécifique. Le service client n'ai pas joignable par téléphone uniquement par email et c'est long."

"Sac très pratique, 2 compartiments et des poches, fermetures faciles, joli design épuré, seul bémol il aurait fallu encore un peu plus de rigidité pour ne pas corner les cahiers de CM2 pour le maintien et une poignée plus épaisse, sinon donne entièrement satisfaction"
