Productverzorging

Reinig de buitenstof met een licht vochtige doek. Niet bleken. Niet laten weken in water. Hang op een schaduwrijke plek. Bij een diepe vlek, reinig de stof met een doek of zachte borstel met water en neutrale zeep. Je kunt ook een universele beschermende spray gebruiken voor extra verzorging en bescherming.

Not as advertised.

"Not as advertised. Like a lot of people I bought the Ghostbusters variant expecting the Venkman patch as per the images. I see they've now removed that image and area replying to reviews with "yeah, there's no Venkman patch, if you don't like it return it" which seems pretty terrible customer service all round."

Broke on first use

"Same thing as a recent reviewer. Pin came out of fixing at bottom of strap. Right strap as you wear it. I carried small load of light summer clothes for a short distance! Very disappointed."

Don't buy it , bad quality!

"Broke on its first use… the backpack strap on the left hand side dont hold up they come off all the time( i returned the bag once and they gave me a new one, same thing happaned) The only reason i bought this bag to use it as a backpack for traveling. Very disappointed, i thought eastpak cares about the quality but i guess quantity is more important(u got 21 different colors of this bag, very important…)TEST YOUR BAGS! consumer society."

Poor Backpack

"I've had this backpack for a few months now and use(d) it regularly when working away from home. As other reviewers have stated, there's a problem with the connectors for the shoulder straps when using it as a backpack - the strap connectors are obviously not strong enough for a bag this size. You can be walking along the street and the bag ends up on the ground as both straps have come away from your shoulders due to the connectors coming apart. Considering I use the front of the bag for my laptop, its been slightly damaged due to the bag hitting the ground. It happened occasionally to begin with, but is now more frequent so I needed to hold one of the straps while walking rather than it fully resting on my shoulders. It's really disappointing as it would be a good bag otherwise and looks smart. I will now have to buy another bag as I don't want to walk around having to hold the straps near the shoulders in case the connectors come apart and it ends up on the ground. It could also end up hurting someone if the bag suddenly falls to the ground and there's a person walking behind you who then falls over it."
