Clean the outside fabric with a slightly wet cloth. Do not bleach. Do not soak in water. Hang in a shady place. In case of a deep stain, clean the fabric with a cloth or soft brush using water and neutral soap.

You can also use a universal protective spray for extra care and protection.

The warranty policy does not cover damage caused by misuse (such as carrying heavy or unusual items), neglect, exposure to extreme temperatures or substances, water, and wear and tear.

"Après une semaine de test, en portant toutes les affaires scolaires je ne peux que recommander ce magnifique sac à dos. Je reste encore sur pris de l'espace qu'offre ce sac à dos. J'ai pu mettre deux manuels, deux grands classeurs, 6 cahiers, un ordi (avec souris et chargeur). Et il restait encore de l'espace (si vous avez une boîte pour déjeuner ça rentre parfaitement). Ce produit je le recommande fortement."
