Reinige den Außenstoff mit einem leicht feuchten Tuch. Nicht bleichen. Nicht in Wasser einweichen. An einem schattigen Ort aufhängen. Bei tiefen Flecken den Stoff mit einem Tuch oder einer weichen Bürste mit Wasser und neutraler Seife reinigen. Du kannst auch ein universelles Schutzspray für zusätzliche Pflege und Schutz verwenden.
Während der gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsfrist sind nur Herstellungs- und/oder Materialfehler abgedeckt. Dazu gehören defekte Reißverschlüsse und Schnallen, Stoffverfärbungen und das Abblättern der Beschichtung.
Die 30-Jahre-Garantie gilt nur für Herstellungsfehler. Dazu gehören offene Nähte oder zu kurz geschnittener Stoff.
Die Garantie deckt keine Schäden ab, die durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch (z. B. Tragen von schweren oder ungewöhnlichen Gegenständen), Vernachlässigung, Einwirkung von extremen Temperaturen oder Substanzen, Wasser und Verschleiß entstehen.

"Eastpak. com did in fact deliver this bag to me INCLUDING the shoulder pad, which seems to be the newer generation of this model. Other reviews complain about it being excluded, but I found this website to allow anonymous reviews and thus suspect some or all of those people to have bought old stock from a reseller."

"j'ai choisi ce sac pour transporter mon ordinateur en sécurité entre la maison et le travail. Petit bémol, vérifiez bien les mesures car mon ordinateur 17 pouces ne rentre pas dans la pochette prévue à cet effet (il manque bien 2cm en largeur et la hauteur c'est limite pour y arriver). Il rentre par contre dans la grande poche centrale. C'est dommage de ne donner que les dimensions générales du sac et pas celles de la poche réservée à l'ordinateur. De plus attention aux photos, le sac semble bien plus grand sur les photos qu'en réalité ; du coup je ne me suis pas méfiée pour les dimensions. Mis à part ce détail, le sac à l'air très solide et est très beau. Le petit plus que je n'avais pas vu lors de la commande : la poche intérieure ferme avec une glissière, et ça c'est parfait"

"Ich habe das gleiche Modell 15 Jahre genutzt, bis es verschlissen ist. Also war meine Entscheidung, die gleiche Tasche erneut zu kaufen, schnell gefällt. Heute kam die Tasche an und wirkt wie üblich hochwertig verarbeitet und stabil. Allerdings fehlt das Polster am Schultergurt, obwohl es auf dem Bild beworben wir und in den Produkteigenschaften explizit ein ""Bequemer gepolsterter Schultergurt"" erwähnt wird. Sehr schade, denn das hätte meine Kaufentscheidung beeinflusst. Darum als Hinweis für zukünftige Käufer:Innen: Der Gurt kommt ohne Polster"
