"I've had the medium check-in for 18 months and used on multiple trips. When case arrived at desination there were cracks in the case enclosure around the buffers near te hinges. Couple of trips later another of the buffers that should protect the hinges was snapped and broken on arrival. When the case is closed and locked there is quite a lot of "play" in the closure, like the clasps or hinges are coming loose. Finally, the retention system inside the bag does not work, when you arrive and open the lid, most of the contents spill everywhere because during motion the hooks have come undone. My advice, save yourself some money and go for a brand that actually understand suitcases, rather than ricksacks."
