Clean the outside fabric with a slightly wet cloth. Do not bleach. Do not soak in water. Hang in a shady place. In case of a deep stain, clean the fabric with a cloth or soft brush using water and neutral soap.
You can also use a universal protective spray for extra care and protection.
Only manufacturing and/or component defects are covered during the legal warranty term. This includes faulty zippers and buckles, fabric discoloration and coating peeling off.
Only manufacturing defects are covered by the 30-year warranty. This includes open seams or fabric that has been cut too short.
The warranty policy does not cover damage caused by misuse (such as carrying heavy or unusual items), neglect, exposure to extreme temperatures or substances, water, and wear and tear.

"I now own this bag twice with a few years apart. The new one has been redesigned in every way to be worst. People actually spent time to make it worse. Nice handle is gone, internal pouches are gone, secure straps are gone, corner reinforcements are gone. The only positive I can think of is that they added an handle on the side of the wheel. Also the fabric is thiner, the wheel base is weaker, the sliders are shorter."

"I bought the Leatherface small for cabin luggage and the large for check-in, and honestly couldn't fault them. They're without doubt the best luggage I've ever bought - the material is lined with a water resistant layer to keep things inside dry if it rains, the wheels are super smooth and quiet, it's got a built in padlock loop to keep everything secure in transit. Eastpak have thought of everything. The 2 sizes I have I've had for a few years now and they still look almost as good as new coming off the conveyor. I've moved abroad permanently now and desperate to get the medium if I can find it!"
