Clean the outside fabric with a slightly wet cloth. Do not bleach. Do not soak in water. Hang in a shady place. In case of a deep stain, clean the fabric with a cloth or soft brush using water and neutral soap.

You can also use a universal protective spray for extra care and protection.

  • What isn’t covered by the warranty?

The warranty policy does not cover damage caused by misuse (such as carrying heavy or unusual items), neglect, exposure to extreme temperatures or substances, water, and wear and tear.

"Fijne reistas, nog nieuw, net gekocht, niet 1 maar 3. 1 blauwe en zwarte met 120l en 1 een maatje kleiner in blauw. Blauw een mooie kleur, tas is zeer functioneel, prettig in gebruik door de 2 compartimenten die je met n tussenflap kan afsluiten, blijft goed rechtop staan, goed te tillen, de wieltjes functioneren ook goed. Gekocht als reistas voor in de auto, maar de 1e busreis heeft hij goed doorstaan. ??"

"The case I bought it beautiful-the fabric pattern is tropical and is shouting at me to get a trip booked! If my 30 year old East Pak rucksack is anything like I go by, then I'm hopeful the build quality of this will last well.
