Clean the outside fabric with a slightly wet cloth. Do not bleach. Do not soak in water. Hang in a shady place. In case of a deep stain, clean the fabric with a cloth or soft brush using water and neutral soap.

You can also use a universal protective spray for extra care and protection.

Only manufacturing defects are covered by the 30-year warranty. This includes open seams or fabric that has been cut too short.

  • What isn’t covered by the warranty?

The warranty policy does not cover damage caused by misuse (such as carrying heavy or unusual items), neglect, exposure to extreme temperatures or substances, water, and wear and tear.

"I love the colour and it should be hard to lose in an airport! It's a good size too. Although not as solid as my previous wheelie-sports bag, I hope it survives the loads I will be filling it with to take to various work conferences! The pop-up banners are too long to fit into any case I have found but this one has a zippy access so the banners can stick out a little. Perfect."
