Product Care

Clean the outside fabric with a slightly wet cloth. Do not bleach. Do not soak in water. Hang in a shady place. In case of a deep stain, clean the fabric with a cloth or soft brush using water and neutral soap.

You can also use a universal protective spray for extra care and protection.

Only manufacturing defects are covered by the 30-year warranty. This includes open seams or fabric that has been cut too short.

  • What isn’t covered by the warranty?

The warranty policy does not cover damage caused by misuse (such as carrying heavy or unusual items), neglect, exposure to extreme temperatures or substances, water, and wear and tear.

"Good quality. Brought this a birthday present for a friend. Bit smaller than expected but useful. Note: it didn't have a VENKMAN logo on the strap as pictured. I only realised when it arrived it doesn't mention the name tag in the description. Unsure if this is a fault or it wasn't meant to have to name tag?"
