Product Care
Clean the outside fabric with a slightly wet cloth. Do not bleach. Do not soak in water. Hang in a shady place. In case of a deep stain, clean the fabric with a cloth or soft brush using water and neutral soap.
You can also use a universal protective spray for extra care and protection.
Only manufacturing and/or component defects are covered during the legal warranty term. This includes faulty zippers and buckles, fabric discoloration and coating peeling off.
Only manufacturing defects are covered by the 30-year warranty. This includes open seams or fabric that has been cut too short.
The warranty policy does not cover damage caused by misuse (such as carrying heavy or unusual items), neglect, exposure to extreme temperatures or substances, water, and wear and tear.

"Would like to express the reason for 1* review. The One bag is great it’s a great product and very useful and durable. The 1 * is because it does not come as advertised. Not all logos depicted in the pictures are on the actual product. So don’t expect the Venkman logo on strap. Be warned. No explanation given when asked. Just refund offered"
