Product Care
Clean the outside fabric with a slightly wet cloth. Do not bleach. Do not soak in water. Hang in a shady place. In case of a deep stain, clean the fabric with a cloth or soft brush using water and neutral soap.
You can also use a universal protective spray for extra care and protection.
Only manufacturing and/or component defects are covered during the legal warranty term. This includes faulty zippers and buckles, fabric discoloration and coating peeling off.
Only manufacturing defects are covered by the 30-year warranty. This includes open seams or fabric that has been cut too short.
The warranty policy does not cover damage caused by misuse (such as carrying heavy or unusual items), neglect, exposure to extreme temperatures or substances, water, and wear and tear.

"Stevig en ruim, je kan er veel in kwijt, ook laptop. Maar de haken waar je tas mee ophangt op je bagagedrager hebben geen vergrendeling en de tas raakt los als je van de stoep afrijdt of over een beetje hobbel gaat. Niet echt ideaal dus als je laptop in de tas zit, of over een drukke weg rijdt en je tas ineens midden op de weg ligt."
