Product Care
Clean the outside fabric with a slightly wet cloth. Do not bleach. Do not soak in water. Hang in a shady place. In case of a deep stain, clean the fabric with a cloth or soft brush using water and neutral soap.
You can also use a universal protective spray for extra care and protection.
Only manufacturing and/or component defects are covered during the legal warranty term. This includes faulty zippers and buckles, fabric discoloration and coating peeling off.
Only manufacturing defects are covered by the 30-year warranty. This includes open seams or fabric that has been cut too short.
The warranty policy does not cover damage caused by misuse (such as carrying heavy or unusual items), neglect, exposure to extreme temperatures or substances, water, and wear and tear.

"Prodotto robusto come tutti i prodotti Eastpak, che utilizzo da tanti anni. Sono rimasta molto delusa dallo spazio interno della valigia. Una parte è occupato dai binari del trolley. che non ti permettono di mettere gli indumenti ben piegati, ma incastrati tra un binario e l'altro. L'altra parte invece è inutilmente grande, se vuoi dividere le cose da vestire. Il lucchetto TSA è in una posizione non comoda se hai la valigia poco piena. Il mio lucchetto non funziona, ho contattato l'assistenza, ma per la spedizione a mio carico costa di più della valigia stessa. . . quindi non lo utilizzerò. Ho preso molti prodotti Eastpak, ho un trolley comprato 25 anni fa ed è ancora impeccabile. . . . quindi mi dispiace che questo nuovo acquisto non sia dello stesso livello. Però sempre robusto, facile da trasportare e leggero."
