Clean the outside fabric with a slightly wet cloth. Do not bleach. Do not soak in water. Hang in a shady place. In case of a deep stain, clean the fabric with a cloth or soft brush using water and neutral soap.

You can also use a universal protective spray for extra care and protection.

"La qualité n'est plus au RDV. Tissu plus aussi résistant, exemple d'un sac acheté en septembre 2024 qui est déjà tout abimé alors que mon sac de l'époque avec 10 ans d'usage intensif et depuis quelques années sac de réserve "au cas ou", le tissu est largement en meilleur état que celui acheter il y a deux ans. . . Mais bon il faut vendre n'est ce pas! Société de consommation bonjour! Bref le prochain ne sera pas de cette marque, j'essayerai de trouver mieux même si c'est plus cher. Je parle uniquement de ces sacs à dos (qui pourtant étaient parfait pour le collège/lycée) pas d'expérience sur d'autres modèles."

No side pockets! Not as advertised!

"Love the backpack but its advertised as having 2 side pockets for bottles and a secure zip pocket which it does not. I suspect it is meant to be a tad cheaper like the 'padded pak'rs'. I did contact customer services but it still appears to be advertised incorrectly."

"Ho regalato lo zaino a mia figlia di 9 anni che lo desiderava come regalo di compleanno. . . lei ne era innamorata da tanto. L'ho scelto nero perché a lei piace questo colore ma ci sono infiniti colori e fantasie. Il tessuto è molto resistente e la tasca interna per il PC è molto pratica. Gli spallacci hanno una imbottitura confortevole e lei che userà lo zaino per la scuola sarà agevolata. Un unico piccolo appunto, le tasche laterali per le borracce non sono grandi e si possono utilizzare con borracce da 0,5 o comunque con corpo stretto. Lei ne utilizzerà una per infilarci un ombrello pieghevole. In definitiva siamo molto soddisfatti dell' acquisto."
