Clean the outside fabric with a slightly wet cloth. Do not bleach. Do not soak in water. Hang in a shady place. In case of a deep stain, clean the fabric with a cloth or soft brush using water and neutral soap.

You can also use a universal protective spray for extra care and protection.

Only manufacturing defects are covered by the 30-year warranty. This includes open seams or fabric that has been cut too short.

  • What isn’t covered by the warranty?

The warranty policy does not cover damage caused by misuse (such as carrying heavy or unusual items), neglect, exposure to extreme temperatures or substances, water, and wear and tear.

"I have had this backpack for close to 10 years now and have used it nearly every day. It has not been treated delicately, been chucked in the washing machine and dryer several times over, has been overfilled and the zips have never faltered, has been used to carry heavy uni work, been a carry-on for several flights, as a groom's bag for when working with horses and has come with me on many many runs. Fits loads in and has never let me down - The rubber has worn down to smooth/rubbed off on the straps but doesn't impact function at all. Honeslty couldn't recommend enough."
