Clean the outside fabric with a slightly wet cloth. Do not bleach. Do not soak in water. Hang in a shady place. In case of a deep stain, clean the fabric with a cloth or soft brush using water and neutral soap.

The warranty policy does not cover damage caused by misuse (such as carrying heavy or unusual items), neglect, exposure to extreme temperatures or substances, water, and wear and tear.

Niet wat ik had gehoopt

"Ik twijfelde enorm tussen 3 of 4 sterren. Qua beschrijving lijkt het op de site een stevige degelijke tas te zijn. Lijkt ook logisch aangezien het als reis bagage wordt aanzien en ook duurder is dan de gewone Eastpak Delegate tas. Groot was echter mijn teleurstelling bij het uitpakken. Ik had direct een flashback naar mijn studenten verleden. Toen ik een hippe Eastpak rugzak had. Die zag er trendy en leuk uit, maar het was een iets te dunne en vooral vormloze zak zonder enige stevigheid. Op de foto's lijkt de Eastpak courier wel een degelijke tas, die ook zijn vorm houdt en niet om valt als je die neer zet. Helemaal niet dus! De tas, zoals te zien op mijn foto, is flink aangepast. Ik heb het inwendige versteviging materiaal uit mijn oude (niet Eastpak) tas gehaald en deze binnen in de Eastpak courier gekleeft. Ik vind, zeker voor het prijsverschil met de Delegate, dat deze versteviging standaard zou moeten zijn bij de courier! De verstevigde bodem die er standaard wel in zit, is eigenlijk ook om te lachen. Dus met wat eigen aanpassingen en versteviging heb ik de tas naar wens kunnen maken. En nu blijft de courier wel in vorm en blijft deze wel mooi rechtop staan, zoals je kan zien op mijn eigen gemaakte foto."
