Product Care

Clean the outside fabric with a slightly wet cloth. Do not bleach. Do not soak in water. Hang in a shady place. In case of a deep stain, clean the fabric with a cloth or soft brush using water and neutral soap.

You can also use a universal protective spray for extra care and protection.

What isn’t covered by the warranty?

The warranty policy does not cover damage caused by misuse (such as carrying heavy or unusual items), neglect, exposure to extreme temperatures or substances, water, and wear and tear.

Everything you want in a school backpack

"We bought the Volker Pro for an eleven-year-old starting at secondary school. It has all the features that he was looking for - bottle holders, laptop sleeve, strengthened base and even a secret pocket. Our only concern was that its large capacity (which means it should last him as he needs to carry more in the years to come) would mean that it would look huge on his back but the compression straps have kept its possible size well hidden. He loves it."
