Reinige den Außenstoff mit einem leicht feuchten Tuch. Nicht bleichen. Nicht in Wasser einweichen. An einem schattigen Ort aufhängen. Bei tiefen Flecken den Stoff mit einem Tuch oder einer weichen Bürste mit Wasser und neutraler Seife reinigen. Du kannst auch ein universelles Schutzspray für zusätzliche Pflege und Schutz verwenden.

"Trip to New York and the main wall that the locks are on has slightly bent in. Now you can blame the airline sure but honestly after a single trip it shouldn’t break surely. It is designed to be used on an airplane right?! This stops the case properly working. The locks are now awkward to close the bottom is mildly open. Not confident in the case anymore it is a deep shame."

"I bought this case to replace my 10+ year old north face soft case/wheeled bag was starting to come apart on the corners and wear points. This bag has travelled multiple trips around the globe with every type of airline available commercially at least. Excited to use it on first trip to Mexico/USA and on receipt impressed with the weight, this is light for a large capacity case, the wheels and manoeuvrability on hard surfaces is great. Handles seemed well made if not a little plastic. The locks are secure, again plastic but well made. When shut the seal and case closure seems good. I've not got any reason to doubt the seal. Inside I was a little surprised to find how basic and featureless it is. As described by other reviewers the holding fabric and clips are not good at all. When closing the case you have to hold contents and quickly move to stop any items getting trapped in edge or falling out sides. This is rectified by using packing cubes/bags, but for a case of this price point £350+ I'd be happier with some kind of removable separator system supplied with it. At least an option to purchase some kind of aftermarket eastpak system to rectify this. Lastly, I have used this case for approx 10 months and it's travelled approx 10-15 trips via airline and other means. I'm not sure how or what caused this but a small hole appeared on the moulded bevel of case. Caught on something somewhere. I approached Eastpak support about how to rectify this puncture in case and was told it was up to me to reclaim any damages from who or whatever caused the hole. The main selling point for me with this case (before I owned it) was the 30 year warranty. ""Built to resist"" Not happy with this response motivated me to write this review. Seems a little like the resistance is to supporting their own designs and aimed at resisting any responsibility for the 30 year warranty claim! In summary, it looks and rolls great, functionality is acceptable, customer service + warranty is bad"

"Acabei de receber esta mala acreditando piamente no conceito de mala que a publicidade nos leva a acreditar que é, mas depois. . . As paredes desta mala colapsam sem qualquer tipo de esforço, pior que muitas em ABS que eu já tive, as fechaduras que parecem de metal são na verdade de plástico e por sobresairem da mala irão sofrer todo tipo de impactos e puxões, não são construídos para durar, a asa extensível, com a mala nova oscila tanto quanto as asas de uma mala chinesa barata, eu diria até que quem projetou esta mala não tem a mínima idéia do que deveria ser uma mala resistente. Lamento ter escolhido a eastpak em vez da concorrência, estou completamente desapontado, não recomendo esta mala a ninguém!"

"Everything falls every time I close the case because the separators in the lids are only held in place by elastic in each corner, not a zip or other closure that goes all the way around. If you have some loose items they find their way through and the elastic comes un-clipped while it's closed so when you open the case EVERYTHING that is in the side you're opening just falls out on to the part laying flat"

"Hardness wise the case is top drawer but after having used the case on the last 3 business trips this design flaw lets the brand down, the internal covers are supposed to be held in place by elastic latches, when you close or open the close these spring loose and the contents of the upper half spill out, this happens 100% of the time, due to these flimsy covers the clothes poke out and stop the case from sealing and the clothes then have to be poked back into to seal the case. Samsonite have it correct where the upper half flap is zipped and sealed all the way round. Back to Samsonite and Travelpro for me."
